Today was cooking. Halfway through making the choc chip biscuits I realised I didn't have any eggs. Not panicing I checked good old google. Half a banana was substituted for the egg. I wouldn't recommend putting in banana regularly but in a bind it worked and the kids didn't mind the flavour.Until tomorrow...
